What Is The Recommended Age For The Nap Mats?

How Do I Wash My Nap Mat?

You can wash your nap mat in your washing machine on a cold gentle cycle. We recommend washing before use as our nap mats are shipped in a compressed bag. Please release your nap mat from the compressed bag upon arrival and wash as per our care instructions. This will get your nap mat into shape and ready for use. You will find more information on how to care for your nap mat here. 

 

What Is The Padded Mattress Thickness?

After washing your nap mat prior to it's first use, the nap mat mattress is approximately 2cm-2.5cm from the highest point of the mat. The padded mattress is a polyester fill.

What Is Your Average Delivery Time?

Delivery times are 1-7 days parcel post and 1-6 business days for express post delivery in Australia. Please visit the Australia Post website for more approximate delivery times for your State. 

 

What Are Your Shipping Charges?

Shipping is based on weight and begins at $8.50 AUD to anywhere in Australia. Express shipping is also available and begins at $12.80 AUD and will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. In the event your parcel is left at a post office and is not collected within the designated Australia Post timelines, additional postage fess will be incurred at the expense of the buyer to resend the parcel.
