SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer standard shipping starting at $8.50 to anywhere in Australia. Express shipping is also available and will be dispatched within 2 business days of the order being placed. In the event your parcel is left at a post office and is not collected within the designated Australia Post timelines, additional postage fess will be incurred at the expense of the buyer to resend the parcel.

 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CUSTOMS DUTIES/IMPORT TAXES

Please be aware that your parcel may incur customs duties and/or importing taxes upon arrival into your country. Morgy + Wills will not reimburse these local costs so please consider local importing fees prior to purchasing.

 

EXCHANGE

We will happily exchange your purchase on all full price item/s, shipping costs are not included. The buyer is responsible for the postage of the returned item. Once the returned item has be been received by Morgy + Wills, the exchanged item will be sent within 3 business days.

We do not offer exchange on any SALE items.

 

RETURNS/CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind and would like to return your item/s, we are happy to offer store credit within 28 days of purchase. The item must be unwashed and unused with all original labels attached. Please note there are no returns or exchanges on any products included in sale periods.

Postage of the returned item/s will be at the buyers expense. The store credit will be emailed once the item has been received by Morgy + Wills.

We do not accept returns on any SALE items.

 

    FAULTY ITEM

    If you believe your item is faulty within 3 months of purchase, we are happy to replace this item with the same product or can offer a refund on the product and delivery.
